The data will be stored safely with Aarhus Kommune for as long as you wish to receive news from Tech City Aarhus. Your data will be deleted permanently if you choose to unsubscribe. The information will not be shared with others and data will exclusively be processed by Aarhus Kommune Erhverv.

Children's IT Conference 2025

The Children’s IT Conference 2025, hosted by Coding Pirates in Aarhus and Lyngby, is a full-day event for children and young people aged 10-17 who are curious about technology and creativity. Through a combination of talks and hands-on workshops, participants will explore how technology and nature intersect.


Theme of the Year: Nature & Technology

This year’s theme focuses on how technology can support nature and how nature inspires technological innovations. Participants will engage in workshops that explore robotics, coding, AI, and digital creativity, all with an environmental perspective.


Program

The day will feature:

    • Building robotic systems inspired by nature

    • Exploring AI applications for environmental sustainability

    • Creating digital ecosystems with coding and simulation tools

    • Interactive challenges using microcontrollers and sensors to monitor nature


Practical Information

Spots are limited, and registration is (closing april 6). The participation fee is 150 DKK, covering lunch.

Participants should bring their own laptop to take part in the workshops.

The event offers an opportunity to explore technology in a hands-on and engaging way, while connecting with others who share an interest in digital creativity.
