Diversity and Inclusion in Tech

In today's rapidly evolving tech landscape, the most effective teams are those that embrace diversity in all its forms. While diversity isn't new, it's often limited to discussions rather than real change.

A report from McKinsey & Company (2023) shows that diversity and inclusion of women and men representing a variety of ethnicities and backgrounds in the workplace significantly impact financial performance and workforce well-being, as well as other important business parameters.

While the concept of diversity isn't new, it's often limited to discussions rather than real change.

Our upcoming event is designed to bridge that gap. We'll provide practical tools and strategies to actively work with diversity and inclusion, moving beyond statistics to foster real, inclusive growth.

Join us as we explore this critical challenge from three distinct angles, culminating in actionable insights you can take back to your workplace. Don't miss this opportunity to be part of the change and lead the way in creating a truly diverse and inclusive tech community!

Agenda

First, we’ll introduce Leonel Barbe and a ReDI School alumni, who will share insights about the ReDI School, an initiative tackling diversity issues from the ground up. Leonel will discuss the ReDI School’s approach, while the alumni will share personal experiences with the challenges faced.

Next, Kristian Majland, CIO in Danske Commodities will shed light on the importance and value of working with diversity, equity and inclusion – and address some of the concrete initiatives on the agenda.

To integrate these discussions and offer a strategy for advancing diversity policies within companies, Lise Lystlund from Co-Coders will present ideas for your diversity challenges.

The event is in English and free to attend.
